The Company undertakes not to use, directly or indirectly, products and contacts related to the conflict mining industry in the eastern provinces of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. In the procurement process, we require suppliers to commit that the materials they provide should be produced in the conflict free area, otherwise we will not purchase.
CFSI Policy:
Tronson Electronic Technology Limited have a number of processes in place to mitigate the risk of Counterfeit, Fraudulent and Suspect Items, as stated below:
1.Where ever possible, we purchase direct from manufacturers or suppliers who have been evaluated and approved under our Quality System. Where this is not possible we only use suppliers that are able to demonstrate the quality and source of the goods they supply to this company.
2.All materials and components are purchased to agreed specifications.
3.Incoming product is accompanied by certification if requested, which is checked against the original Purchase Order.
4.Incoming product is inspected for suspect items and validated against purchasing specification in-line with a documented process.
5.Any non-conformance is raised with the supplier and material rejected and returned if necessary
